The concept of living by natures cycles, specifically the phases of the Moon, woven into the stories of life as Stellar hopes to stir inner revolutions in us all.'

    Just like the Moon, we all go through patches of both darkness and luminance in life, sometimes we bask in the light and sometimes we hang out in the shadow. It’s all needed and important. No matter what phase we are in, like the Moon, we are still always whole.
    I work as a life coach and sound healer as well as a Musician and I taught Music in schools for 20 years. I’m obsessed with human behaviour, what makes people do what they do, what sets us alike and apart. I’m forever inspired by the stories of my clients and students and the sometimes incredibly tough experiences they’ve survived to be sitting in front of me.
    This album also reeks of my own journey of healing and empowerment, the journey to be feeling ok with myself, to moving through thick cloaks of self-doubt and criticism, to knocking down the tall poppy’s and imposters in my head, to free myself enough to take that next step in doing what I love. To being ok to shine.

    Singing has always been my absolute favourite thing to do. It’s my freedom.
    Writing is a close second. It’s helped me cry many tears.
    Performing is how I connect to the world and share an experience or an insight.
